Thank you so much Woody for going with Tangini and not the confused caveman Mike Tice!

Any coach who challenges his entire team to a fistfight at halftime should not get another job!!!

I'll never forget that distinct feeling of dispair when I heard names like Jim Haslett, Mike Sherman and Mike Tice being thrown around last January.

Jack Del Rio hired him to be his assistant head coach in Jacksonville.

I think Tice would have been better than Haslett or Sherman. But we got the best.

I was rooting for Joe Vitt?? Was that his name? Mangini was the guy all along, but the Jets wanted to cover their bases by interviewing several candidates.

Tice has apparently convinced Del Rio to hire his brother, so it's two Tices in Jax next year, plotting the HCs downfall.

Kudos to the Jets for having the balls to hire Mangini. We knew he was HC material, but assumed he needed a couple more years to be groomed by BB as a possible replacement.

I can't believe they were considering Tice? Just wow.

I wanted to believe the Tice interview was just standard procedure, but then those reports of the FO being blown away by his interview started popping up. I was honestly starting to feel physically ill. Thank goodness they thought better of it.
