Here's my takeaway: This team has battled back against a whole shit pile of adversity, and showed today that they have a lot more talent and especially heart than many give them credit for. Zach showed he's the FQB-in-progress they've been looking for for decades. This game should give all but the most devout haters cause for optimism.
You may have missed it but trust me , you’ve seen it before. Long story short, they didn’t get off the island again. But they really looked like they would this time. Again.
The Jets played great until they had a chance to ice it on 4th and 2. After sleeping through most of the game, Satan woke up and was like "Holy hell the Jets are about to break my curse while Namath still lives!" He then whispered "Sneak it" in Zach's ear, ensuring the continuation of the curse.
