The perpetrators are behind bars. That's an old story about only 1 of the men involved. Initially he was granted bond because he was only charged with a weapons charge. That was Sunday, on Monday he was given 9 additional charges without bond and remains in jail. That's the same with the other guy involved. They could make it 100 years and it wouldn't matter. They plea out of the gun charges all the time. That's the issue.
