Wife bought me tickets for this one a while back. Was really hoping I could maybe get a win and in or have it mean something. Super bummed it doesn’t matter for us. I want to knock Miami out. I hope the Jets lose just to guarantee the Steelers are out of the playoffs and the Patriots are out if they lose to the Bills, which they should. Feels weird to say, but I would rather have Mike McDaniel in the playoffs than Mike Tomlin or Bill Belichick.
i was thinking the same. The Bills are playing for a 1st seed, which means they should be motivated to beat cincy and the cheats. The cheats getting bumped because we lost is icing on the cake.
Even with a draft slot or two at stake, they'll do the opposite and play one of their best games of the season.
Why not have the Fins, Pats, and Steelers out by having the Titans win on Saturday Jags get in at 8-9 b/c conference record of the Pats.
I'd like to see all the new guys play on Sunday. Huff needs to be on the field even if he does get a penalty instead of being yanked. Same with Clemons. If we have some young LB's that need real game experience, Sunday would be the day to get it for them. Same for the OL. Now as far as QB goes, I would sit White and let Flacco finally earn that money he's been stealing since he got here. Strev could be QB2. That would force our passing game coordinator to get out of his pass happy comfort zone and actually be a OC for once in his miserable career.
This feels like the type of game we win. Not because we should but because if we lose, we'd still have a chance at a top 10 pick. We'll definitely win a meaningless game and pick around 15-16 in the first round.
