    Joe Tippman hasn't allowed a single QB pressure in his first two NFL games He's already the 4th highest graded guard in the league, the highest graded rookie offensive lineman, & is top-6 in both run blocking AND pass blocking

    Jets OL is starting to turn the corner. If they can continue to play together, they’ll be pretty good by years end

    A positive for the Jets: their pass block win rate has improved each week. Week 1: 30% Week 2: 35% Week 3: 50% Week 4: 68% (League average in 2023 is 56%)

    Or at all. You forgot that part. Watching the hated Giants Monday night my usual frustration about the Jets OL evaporated somewhat in comparison. There is some hope here maybe. Believe that?

    I remember not too long ago a decent chunk of Jets fans were calling this kid a bust because he was the 3rd string C early in TC.

    The stat doesnt make any sense. I wont claim to have paid attention to Tippmann on every snap or anything but I clearly remember seeing him getting beaten by Chris Jones on one play at the very least

    and then they are gonna tell us this play from the NE game is Tippmann not giving up a QB pressure? Does his man sack Wilson or not, sure looks like it

    I'm not familiar with the criteria for that stat, but you can't expect linemen to hold their blocks forever.

    I've been watching Tippmann and he has been half decent for a rookie playing out of position, but a shaky average overall as an NFL guard. Not sure where the PFF ranking came from. Most of the snaps he double teams with McGovern. When he doesn't get help sometimes he gets blown up. Against the Pats, the play before the safety, he literally got pancaked and McGovern had to grab his man to save Zach from getting creamed. McGovern got called for the hold but it wasn't his fault. Its things like this where PFF goes astray. I'm sure he will continue improving but it would be more fair to play him at center.
