I did not see any handshake, just a brush bye, no eye contact. Bellicheck is a good coach, but he doesn't know anything about class. He lost the game, so f***ing what, does that mean you don't give respect to the other team... Honestly, I think every coach in the NFL knows how to be classy in defeat other than Bellicheck.

oh yeah, that Mangini hug was the same thing expect bellecheck won that game...

he is a sore winner and a sore loser

Judging by the interviews afterwards, Manning holds nothing against Bill. He was still singing his praises.

No one faults the man for wanting to win WHAT fan in his or her RIGHT MIND wants a coach who is ok with losing? NONE!!! Thats NOT the problem. The PROBLEM is he is a self absorbed B*TCH. A Hitler in a GAYtriots uniform, he's disloyal to anyone but Tom Brady and himself.

And as far as your ASSESSMENT that we'd want Bill BellyCHICK over Mangini, who wouldnt want a proven winner ... DUH, BUT, coulda, woulda, shoulda, he had an opportunity to coach this franchise, we asked he said no, that chapter is over in JETS history we have his student and guess what? BellaBROAD is worried about it.

    WHY?!?!?!

Because he KNOWS that the student is already WAY ahead of the teacher in terms of his ability and potential and yeah they beat us 2 weeks ago, but, they'll be watching the SB from home like we will and they know their window of opportunity to gain yet another SB was slammed close with that INT last night ..... BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!

Plus not only will the JETS, but the rest of the NFL will raid the Patriots for whatever talent is left on that team and the coaches will get opportunities elsewhere, be it in the pros or college....so sit down, get a brewski and some peanuts, pretzels and popcorn and enjoy the game from the sidelines with the 30 other teams who'll be watching it, FROM HOME!!!

Jets most likely 7-9 next year and 8-8 tops and you'll be screaming for Manginis head on a platter. Do you forget how fast this board turned on Pennie? Fair weather fans of the worst sort.

Dude I'm not here to argue with you about our records or BellB*tches coaching ability, but OBVIOUSLY reading is NOT a strong suit in the Boston/New England area.

The thread was not about any of the above our abilities or his ability as a coach, its about the fact that BelHOEChick IS a whinny little baby that at 54 years old acts like a little girl.

And the fact that the only thing you could come at me about is what our record will be NEXT season proves to me that you agree with my assessment about your coach ... LMAO!!! Dont take the truth personal ... :rofl2:

Oh and by the way we were only supposed to be 4 - 12 at BEST this season ... LMAO!!! Hey the PATHETICS can't win EVERY year ... LMAO!!!!

My point is that if he was coaching the Jets you would find his disdain for the media and for losing to be endearing but because he decided to shun the team you root for his actions are immature and boorish. The Pats probably can't win every year but they will certainly win the AFC East again next year.

I like Belichick's disdain for the media (it's one of the few traits of his I like)...I've just not forgiven him the "HC of NYJ" fiasco...and I will cheer every move closer to the abyss he makes...this was a great season.

Id rather lose with class than win with ignorance. Id be disgusted with his actions even if he was the coach of the Jets or any team. Im just glad that coaches coming from that organization haven't taken Beli's classlessness with them.

Oh, chill out already. First off, let me say that anyone who posts under the name Tony Iommi is cool with me, even if he's a dickhead Pats fan. Second, Jets fans acting like they won the Super Bowl last night are being pretty lame considering the Pats waxed us by three TDs two weeks ago and came within sneezing distance of the Super Bowl yet again. Tony, we don't want Belichek because a) he's a dick, b) he's already snubbed us, and c) his genius is starting to wear itself out (what kind of defensive wizard gives up 32 points and 6 million yards in the second half of a championship game???).

Mangini wanted to come here. That in itself is a fairly endearing quality considering every HC since Kotite has walked out on us. Add to that the added bonus that he appears to be fairly competent and has done a good job plus the fact we have the opportunity to lock him up long term, I think I can speak for most Jets fans: Considering the history, yeah, I'd sign up for that. You keep the prick and the best team will take it next year.

Where is this crystal ball that says the Jets will be 7-9 next year. Can we at least get through the draft and Free Agency before you bore us with your useless predictions?

Great post. I agree 100%. Any Jet fan in their right mind would want Belichick as their HC if he wanted to be here. He made it very clear that he doesn't so we have moved on. Mangini is still a young, unproven coach who hasn't accomplished much. But he seems to have a huge upside and based on early results it looks like the Jets took a very smart risk when they hired him. He could be the next Bill Cowher or the next Dave Wannstedt but I like what I've seen so far.

The kind that has to give Ray F'n Mickens considerable playing time.

Fair point. He was playing shorthanded in the 2nd half. Also, give the Colts props for exploiting the Pats' lack of team speed on Defense. Just the same this genius crap does get a bit overblown, no?
