We'll always have the Justin Fields naked bootleg for a TD against Pittsburgh. Nobody can take that away from us.

What's up with Jets fans? Last week the stadium was packed with Steelers fans. There were fewer fans at today's game but still a crazy amount of Bills fans almost looked like a Bills home game a sea of blue in the stands. No reason to not think Dallas fans aren't going to overrun Metlife in 3 weeks. Even Fireman Ed this week I only saw him on the big screen one time trying to lead a J-E-T-S chant. It's not a good look for Jets fans.
Maybe I'm just sour by 15 years of suck, but I made no effort to watch one snap of this game feeling they were going to get destroyed. The jets don't have the personnel to keep up with a top 3 super bowl contender unless it's that teams worst game of the year.
There was a lack of effort from some defenders. Notably no 44, the big money extension linebacker He wasn’t the only one and it wasn’t until later in the game it’s like they gave up but that’s still bullshit
There's just something about New York football right now. Though the Giants have had a few playoff appearances to punctuate the time of this playoff drought, that's been the exception rather than the rule, and they've been equally inept as the Jets otherwise. This year, so far, it was like the Jets and Giants traded games between week 1 and 2. In Week 1, the Jets played relatively well, only to be undone by costly mistakes at bad times, and a long, unlikely field goal. Meanwhile, the Giants didn't even bother showing up. In week 2, it was reversed: The Jets didn't show up at all, but the Giants played relatively well, but were undone by costly mistakes and ANOTHER unlikely, long field goal. It's a sad state in Metlife right now.
Looks like the Cowboys kicker is automatic up to 70 yards. I am beginning to think now with the kickers having so much power, they need to move the goal posts back. It used to be you had to go at least 50 yards before you can earn 3 points. Now days 30-35 yards is enough. Maybe they need a rule where you cannot attempt a FG until 35-40 yard line or something. Or move the posts more back.
Yeah crazy how Russell Wilson just casually throws for 450 yards while his backup last year(now our starting qb) throws for 50.
it’s the ball. They change the rules and you can kick now with the same exact ball that you kicked all week in practice. Suddenly kickers are good
Smart Jets fans sell their tickets to fans of opposing teams and end up coming out on top after factoring in commute, parking, concessions, etc. I’m not one of them unfortunately. Bottom line is the product has been mostly unwatchable for the last decade. There’s little to no joy in going to games. I go because theres a group of us and we treat it like a get together, we sure don’t go to watch good football. The stadium is horrendous and you’re committing a full day when you include getting out of there and the traffic. It makes sense that it’s happening and it’s going to keep happening until the team figures it out. It’s a way worse look for the franchise than it is for the fans.
literally same. our group has been going for well over 10 years. The game is a sideshow at this point. Unfortunately each game we chose over the last 5 years has had rain issues. I think I’ve seen 1 or 2 wins. problem for the Jets is, we used to get tickets for like $90 for lower tier. Now the same tickets are like 240$. The justification for going at all is decreasing rapidly.
