Glenn should learn from Mike Tomlin on how to establish culture. If you want to change culture you win games, something Glenn clearly wasn't interested in coming into this season.
Still again what you said I don't comprehend what the 'plan' here is. So we're not really trying to win this season but at the same time installing a new leadership and culture? If the Jets don't win tomorrow night it's looking like it's going to be a horrible season in 2025. So what are we looking at in 2025 6-11, 5-12, 4-13? Next year they draft a QB then have a built in excuse for sucking ass again in 2026? What 'culture' or leadership is being built here when it's possible many of these players aren't going to be here in 2026 if this season goes how it feels it could go if the Jets don't win tomorrow night? So we have to wait until this head coach has a record of still single digits-and damn near close to 30 before it starts getting good around here? Just the thought of that infuriates me.
Me too It sucks I hate this revolving door of rookie DC coaches. They’ve all stunk. And so far AG looks no better. I don’t see a better culture, whatever the fuck that means. I still see stupid penalties and a terrible defense. And yeah, if we lose to the 0-3 Dolphins, a team just as dysfunctional as us, it will be a nail in this season and a total shitshow for AG at 0-4. And yeah, I think we do lose, because while anything can happen with two bad 0-3 teams, I just don’t see how we are going to stop those two receivers. I think the fans will start turning on AG pretty hard if we lose to the -3 dolphins, but unfortunately that is what I think will happen. And yeah, I agree with you which is why I didn’t want to go this route for our new HC. I am so fucking sick and tired of us always rebuilding and always being eliminated early…I’m sick of it. I blame Woody…because I don’t think there is any real plan here. He is incapable of that. He just does the same shit over and over and over and it didn’t work before and its not working now
The Steelers 'culture' was established long before he arrived there. It seems as if they just win more often than not. Rodgers on the Steelers means something because of who HE is and his track record at the position. One of the greatest QBs in the past quarter century .With today's victory they're 3-1 but they were 4-0 or 4-1 with Fields last season.

He should know the history here with the Jets and how important it is to win games in this market yet so far (it's still early) he seemed happy or satisfied with the lovely defeat in week 1 and the should've won last week even though they got the living ___ kicked out of them for the first three quarters against the Bucs. It would've been a pulled a W out of their butts type of victory they still found a way to blow it. The Bucs offense went right down the field like a hot knife through butter in crunch time. He seems to get testy with the media? What's he doing? The guy acts like he doesn't know what this market is like.

We hire an endless line of DC rookie head coaches and think they will change the culture from the last one. Their all cut from the same mold. You wanna change the culture you go outside the league into college or something.
Yes it is.. But at some point the everyday posting the same shit grates the nerves. I don't mind people bitching about the Jets, but this has been going on since Glenn was hired even before the season. SOXXX2 really adds nothing to the board except the shit we already know and dislike. Other posters here have issues with Glenn, but it's not a daily campaign of I hate Aaron Glenn, the entire Jet organization, etc. He's only gone until after the bye so, perhaps he'll find SOMETHING to root for other than the Jets losing and Glenn getting fired. No patience. Typical Jets luck in year 1. In year 2 the owner only gave him 5 games with the HC. He's only one of the greatest QBs to play since the turn of the century. Tom Brady, Peyton Manning, Drew Brees, Aaron Rodgers. Unquestionably he's in that pantheon of NFL quarterbacks. Who knows he may even get to go out on top like Elway & Manning did.
