Breaking - reports that Allen Lazard has been waived

    I mainly just wanted to start a thread with "Breaking" in the title - but yes I have seen a few reports that AL has been released.

    Possibility he may turn up in Pitt given the Steelers run for the playoffs.

    More dead weight Jettisoned... Glenn is growing into his job. A lot more useless bodies on the roster that need to be fired.

    One of the most useless signings in Jets history. 70 catches for 911 yards and 8 touchdowns in 3 years. I’m actually shocked it was all that high. Tons of drops and a bunch of holding penalties later he’s going to retire with a nice bag courtesy of the Jets.

    With 3 games left on his contract we finally dump the guy. This isn't AG being hard, its AG trying to help a player out. No doubt he wants to be in Pitt.

    Another one of Joe Douglases great moves that led to the demise of the team. If he couldn't make the team with the receivers we currently have with Garrett out he must more than suck right now.

    Really kind of sad if you think about. On an NFL team with “street” players and he can’t rise to the level of a 3rd or 4th receiver? What a colossal waste!

    The Lazard signing is right up there with Trumaine Johnson. Both were useless.
