They have spent a lot of money, but did get good players.
We all know the Jets would wait for the big spending to stop. But, I hated two teams in the division improved that much.

Maybe if we petition the league, they'll let us move into the NFC West.

I'm not crazy about what the Bills have done so far. They spent alot of money on average talent. The Pats on the other hand spent alot of money on a true superstar..

Whenever I see a division rival make "great" free agent signings, it really doesn't scare me off... Just remember two words if you do feel intimidated by a team breaking the bank on high class free agents when the Jets aren't.....

The bills overspend on Kelsay, and dockery big time. They got Walker for a good deal, but they lost Clements and Fletcher. So they downgraded in talent

I am glad the Jets are not overspending. I want the FO to upgrade the team in free agency with young players or lesser known players. Because I want the team to be built through the draft. That is were a team gets depth, and were a team finds superstars. On top of that the Jets are signing their own players, like Thomas and Cotchery, before they hit the market and who already know the system.

The skill and ability of this FO and CS comes into play during the draft. Just look at last year. If we have another draft like in 2006, than I don't care what the Bills or Pats do.

    Yep.

Len Pasquarelli, of ESPN.com, reports the Washington Redskins have reached an agreement with free agent LB London Fletcher-Baker (Bills). He will sign a five-year, $25 million contract that includes $10.5 million in bonuses. He will earn nearly $13 million in the first two seasons and about $15 million in the first three seasons.

I think before the season or sometime in the preseason. His grandfather died and he changed it to honour his name, I believe.

Fletcher did it in the last off season to honor his grandfather on his mother's side who passed away.

An interesting concept would be for all the chicken littles to stop posting their inane BS. There are many good posters that I do not agree with. However they are acting like retards right now!

is it actually possible to improve your team too much? that would imply there is a negative repercussion to the improvement -- it was too much! I thought the goal was to improve your team as much as possible. what happens when you improve your team too much? you are so powerful that no team can defeat you and they have to cease the NFL for the sake of competition?

Wait.... Did you just pull out your math skills, and predict what is going to happen with our team, and how that will eventually effect the rest of the other 31 teams in the NFL? All at the same time? :)

The Pats signing Thomas is scary.

I liked Dockery alot, but theres quite a few guys at G available this year. I don't see it as a huge loss. Of course, McGahee is probably smiling right now. If the Bills keep him, I think he'll have his best season yet.
