    I just don't like him in a 3-4. He has played his career in a 4-3 as a weak side LB. Rushing the passer isn't one of his strengths and taking on tackles and TE's throughout the game will wear on him and won't do well...

    I like that quote about liking to play for the team but not the organization. That was a good way of putting it so he didn't offend his coaches and teamates while taking a shot at the organization.
