Where did you see that? Is it on the official website? I was going to post (when do they air the press conference?) till I saw this post.
Mangina can kiss my ass until he makes the changes this team is begging for. Starting with him and Shottz. Enough with this 3/4 experiment. We're not the F'n Patriots. I'm almost done with this team until major changes are made. I have better things to do on Sunday than waste 4hrs of my life watching this BS..
I wonder if he's going to take a critical look at the offensive and defensive game plans and concede that they might have played into a lot of the losses this year? I never thought I'd see the day when I longed deeply for a Paul Hackett offensive scheme.
"I'm tired of giving the same speech every week". He is furious, he is takins blame. Also giving it to coaches and players. Says coaching needs to be better. Jeklye and Hyde football, pissed at bad snap. Pissed about Graham Says he needs to make better adjustments at the half. Reporter questions scheme, says goal was to stop CJ and TJ. Felt good about it. Says we could put more guys in box but then you leave 2 top WR in league in one on one. Getting testy with reporter asking about Mortenson report. Pissed at penalties. Not happy with officiating. Says Coles was pushed down on INT returned for TD. Cannizaro still asking about Mortenson article. Still asking even after Mangini says it is an internal onversation . Never denied saying he said those things. Looking at film to assess every situation including QB. "There is plenty of blame to go around for this game including with me and other coaches" "At this point I am looking at whole roster including coaches and we are going over ot from top to bottom so we can play a full football game" "I need to do things differently to help this team win football games"
Just atrocious play-calling today. Coles embarrasses their CB and they don't throw a ball more than 15 yards the rest of the game? Schottenheimer is not as good as he looked last year and better than he looks this year. However, the fact that he got head coaching opportunities last year was pretty laughable. I won't get into the defensive calls, but my goodness, I've wasted enough breath on that
The four stages of coaching death: denial, anger, bargaining, resignation, followed by the inevitable firing. He's in anger right now. He been in increasing stages of denial the last 3 weeks. Next week no matter who starts at QB he will be very angry if the Jets lose.
