Last week Rob A had a feeling about the Cincy game , I didn't like many others , but this week after Mangini light grilling I think we will see a very fired O and D.
What do you think? Win or Lose?

I have no idea what will happen this weekend. The Jets and Bills are about equally talented at this point but I think the Bills are more cohesive and playing better.

I also think early setbacks would hurt the Jets more than the Bills, since it's after the half that the Jets have had most of their issues. I'd like to think the home crowd will help, however I could also see them turning ugly at this point in the season if things go south.

    It's a coin-flip in my opinion.

Mangini needs to throw his friggin' headset at the players!

He came really close last week when Mangold tried to nail Chad in the nuts with the shotgun snap. He took off his headset and stomped around looking very much like he was saying some choice things to the people unfortunate enough to be in range.

I'll say win simply because we always split with the bills. But it won't be by much, like 13-10.

I was hoping last week for a "no holds barred" approach to the playcalling and was feeling good after the "bomb." Then, as we all know, us fans were treated to more of the same ol' conservative playcalling and a subsequent loss. What a disappointment.

Why can't we go into every game from here on out like we did against the Colts last year and try some new and exciting things. Hopefully that starts this Sunday. If so we get a W.

the problem with this logic is that if all they needed was a light fired under them, what the hell was Mangini doing the first 7 games of the season? I have a hard time believing it was a motivation issue that is causing these losses, so it won't be a motivation issue that turns it around.

The bills are a perfect example of when to pull the trigger! Looseman went down and they inserted the rookie, who is doing fine and they are playing together. This is the point! Edwards isn’t blowing people out but doing just enough to win. His team has rallied behind him. It drives me crazy when people suggest that Chad is still in there to keep the team together or to keep the locker room stable, well guess what the whole teams going to get ripped up anyway ;should have started this year if there determined to put this copycat stamp of New England on this team. We are in for another spectacular Quarter backing mess this week and if he is stinking up the joint this week and they don’t put Clemens in then I will officially be done with Mangini !! It will probably be like the Philly game where they take the ball out of Chad’s hands and run run run!

The bills are a very tough team to play. I have grown a great deal of respect how Jaroun has gotten those guys to play hard every week. They have a nice young core even though some are on IR and an impressive running back in Lynch. Ultimately I think we lose and it gets ugly at the meadowlands w/ the fans

I picked draw because a loss might wake Manutbag up to the possibility that he might be wrong...and a win, while a win, will only reinforce the nonsense that's going thru his head.

Dunno man, Paul McCartney's ex might just give this D a run for its money.

I just have a feeling with Manginis penchant for not letting the press know whats really going on , things behind the scenes are getting hotter and he gave the tip of the iceberg to the press , afterall he may also be coaching for his job , I know thats a long shot , but.....
A win against the Bills will IMO set us back , is it a win/win situation? I dunno...yet.

    I have a feeling...

    it's pointing that way...

  18. We have a history the last 5 years or so of playing Buffalo at home when the team is on the verge of a complete melt down and an absolutely lost season.

I believe everytime we have won.

I'm not saying all our problems are gonna go away..or that we will more than 4 games this year...but history says we will beat Buffalo by at least 2 touchdowns.

Win. Our D-backs seems to be getting more shots at interceptions. We'll pick of Ed twice this game and force a fumble - one of those will be returned for a TD. Harris will cause the forced fumble - I will pick it up and run it in.

Jets lose. Pennington keeps his job until the season's over no matter what. Jets march cluelessly to the draft in '08 and draft yet another "chracter" guy instead of an impact rookie.

No Sb for the NY Jets until after a successful Manned landing on Mars.
