You drunk ass middle aged moron, the Raiders have nothing to hang their hats on. Where are you getting these speculative stats on Revis/Washington? Fabian Washington is fast so he must never get beat...right? Wait, who is in the AFC West that is a good WR? Oh yeah Joe Shit the Ragman has some pretty good hands. You guys can have Chris Chambers so the CBs in that division don't grow tired of football. I don't put my hope in 'chicken' (what the hell) arm Pennington. I put my hope in the running game. Have you enjoyed Lamont Jordan as much as you thought you would?

We are planning on winning soon, you imbisile. That is the point of playing.

CB- N asomugha Revis couldn't even start for the raiders . Jets can't even stiff the depth raiders at the CB position.

S _ Sorry M Huff is one best Coverage safeties in Game. NOw with Gibril Wilson Raiders have one best young duo in the game that are interchangeable.. Rhodes is horrible in coverage.

Oline- raiders have the sixth leading rushing attack in football.

RB- Again the rushing attack. Whenyou throw in the two stud FBs its not even close.

K- Yea Nugent better than jankowski. Yea Jankowski hit the upright at the top from 64 yards. S Lechler was in the Probowl while your Aussie was mkister shank.

Only position you could make a case is at WR. Thats it Bucko.

That'd be fine if the Raiders keep Washington. He's supposedly going to be traded, however.

JUst Facts. F Washington had a more impressive rookie season than Revis. Again Raiders play more man to man coverage than any team(98%) . That mean there CB are out on an Island. Just rookie season, as F Washington whether he was hurt didn't play that well his sophmore season. (last year) .

Lets see N asomugha so good teams only threw 27 times against him and completed like 7 passes on him. I saw more balls completed on Revis in single games last year than that.

As of this date, I rank 'em-
    1. Asomugha
    2. Washington
    3. Revis

Let's see what happens in 2008, though.

As a result of my inability to read incoherence, I concede. The Raiders are currently the best team in the NFL, and it will always be so. N A and F W are da bamb, dog_.

The Giants let Wilson go, they are well under the cap and Reese is one of the best talent evaluators in the game. Believe me they could have kept him but decided Johnson and unkown 2nd day pick would replace him.

Rhodes is one of the elite Safties in the league a shade behind Sanders a guy who can cover, tackle, rush the passer, do everything. Revis and Rhodes would both start on the Raiders today.

I guess Revis would start if the opponent opened in a 3-receiver set.

F washington dosen't start for the Raiders. N Asomugha and Stanford routt(could in time be better than asomugha) . Two big physical fast man to man cbs that are pretty good tacklers. M Huff if they wanted could play CB,and he would be better than Revis. Huff might not be best in run support(as he not the biggest guy) but he one of the best coverage safeties in the game.(takes the top Te's out of the game) IN fact the
Raiders have alot of Players that are good in coverage( LB Thomas Howard- he so good that they lined him up at CB occasionally) K Morrison- another Lb that very good in coverage.

There is reason raiders paid gibril wilson that much monery they were hurting at the other safety position( hes a reliable tackler- something they didn't have with Schweigert)

I think Revis was outright great late in the season. The Jets had no pass rush, none and we were weak on the other side and weak at 1 safety much of the year and this kid came on big time down the stretch

Egads, that's right. I didn't confuse Routt and Washington. I just had it wrong. Revis would be the 4th cornerback if Routt, Washington, Revis, and Asomugha were on the same team and that team was playing a game tomorrow. Again, the 2008 NFL season may change things. I do expect Revis to play much better in the future.

    Schweigert does kind of blow.
If the Raiders fixed their WR problem and make improvements to the offensive line, they could make it to .500 in 2008.

Rhodes is a very good safety but his coverage abilty leaves alot to be desired. Maybe Ive been spoiled with Huff coverage ability at safety. Again you have Rhodes anD who else. Revis played pretty well down the stretch(Pick up his game) that your forgetting what he did for most of the year( teams were throwing at very sucessful rate on him ). Lets see what Revis is. Again don't want to sound like a broken record but F washington did have better rookie season in coverage than Revis. (thats playing way more times in man to man coverage) . The point Im making is F washington struggled his second year(don't know if it was an injury) So lets see Revis do it over a period of time before we get his bust ready for canton. Just like alot of Jet fans had Vilma in the hall of fame early too..

ALL Im saying Revis play late does give you something to look forward to(have right to be excited) but he no probowl caliber CB yet. Only time will tell if he really is that good or there was possible other reason he looked pretty good down the stretch.

BTw Im going to disagree with you. When the Jets putr that gimmick(of standing up their Dlineman ) that Oline had trouble picking up the blocking assignments. Jets had alot of pressure on the QB. Just about same time Revis play really started to pick up.. Was that coincidence or was he really starting to get it. Only time will tell.

Joe-The Raiders are what they are a dissorganized team with no direction with a lot of talent because they always have top draft picks. They have done a terrible job developing that talent and in a bad division aren't going anywhere. The best thing you have going for your team is Russel who is a huge talent who probably will never reach his potential on the Raiders. Until Davis sells the team your team is in for trouble and I happen to be one of the few here who actually respects Davis but it's time.
