This is all bullcrap. I should start watching more polo or even croquet. That stuff is about to be more thrilling.
gay One more reason not to pay for live NFL action. Tickets to the game: $75 each Gas to get to the stadium and back: $80 Parking: $25 Food for tailgate: $50 2 beers during the game: $16 Getting thrown out of the stadium for standing up and rooting for your team: Priceless Sunday Ticket is where it's at. Watch every game in the comfort of your living room, eat and drink to your hearts content, no lines for the pisser and no drive home.
amen to that, bro. Sunday Ticket is the way to go. I'll take my $3500 leather couch with 2 recliners and 50" Panasonic Viera plasma TV w/ surround any day of the week.....than pay to go see a football game.
Three simple words explain why, sometimes, it's better to actually shell out the money and go to the game: I was there.
I love going to live NFL games, but it's simply not practicle for me anymore considering the alternative. Now teams are coming up with stupid shit like this? Fuck 'em. I went down to the last game of the regular season last year and sat in the cold drizzling rain to watch two of the shittiest teams in football. Why? Because I'm a big Jets fan. I was fucking heated when they wouldn't even sell me a beer though. Don't get me wrong, I'm there to watch the game - not get drunk, but if I want to have an overpriced beer while I watch the game why can't I? Fuck them. The only way I will ever go back to the meadowlands for a game is if the Jets have a home playoff game. Otherwise I'll watch in the comfort of my living room and save a bunch of money/time/aggrevation.
