    Meadowlands issues new rules

NEWARK, N.J. (AP) -- The Meadowlands Sports Complex has issued new rules regarding alcohol and fan behavior.

Tailgate parties can only start five hours before New York Giants and Jets games instead of seven. Also, season ticketholders who are ejected from the stadium or arena will have their tickets revoked.

Last season, security at Gate D was increased at Jets games because hundreds of men would gather at halftime and demand that women expose their breasts. View-blocking banners will be hung on the spiral staircase to help eliminate the problem.

Unchanged is the halftime cutoff for alcohol sales.

The moves were announced Tuesday by the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority.

God forbid grown men want to see topless women! Those poor innocent ladies are victims of the drunken hordes and cant make decisions for themselves! Consentual lewd behavior at a football game may end world as we know it! (or upset corporate sponsors, even worse!)

I hope the NFL and the Jets pasteurize all behavior at games to accommodate a watered down PG-13 TV rating and regulate the fun out of everything! thanks Jets/NFL!!

How dare they! They want people to act responsibly and with maturity and not like mouth-breathing gutterball neanderthals? The nerve!

There goes the only reason i went to any games last year. Hopefully Favre will make up for that because Chad sure the hell wasn't.

So when you buy your PSL and become a part owner, can you still lose your tickets for getting tossed from the game? Like to see how this one plays out.

I know this was probably meant as a joke but the Jets almost never got blown out last year - they lost an incredible number of close games that they probably should have won - which made them THAT more frustrating to watch.

Unfortunately we cannot expect adults to act like adult son their own, people need help to do this. of course it would help if the NFL stopped allowing beer to be sold at the Stadium and stopped promoting the unruly behavior on TV every week but they'd never do that b/c it would cost them $$$$ and that's what this game is all about.

oh man does anyone else here remember that season? when they had the washed up or never will be musical acts perform? some of those bands were so sad and pathetic. i say frisbee dogs and pee wee football are the only ways to keep fans attention.
