If this is in the wrong spot or anything mods just move it. I am going between a white or green Favre (or Gholston) jersey and I was wondering what the consensus on this board was to what color you prefer. Any opinions?
I usually go green because they wear green at home and I attend mostly home games. Of course this year they are wearing that Titans garbage for two of the first three home games.
i don't own any white jerseys.. i personally don't like them, my fav color is green and the dark green of the jerseys is a cool color.. just my .02.
i like white mainly because you dont see as many of them. plus i always like white jerseys over the solid jerseys
Both are good. I prefer the home green though. The whites look great though, it is just easy to see what you are wearing under it.
Whites look nicer, you just gotta be prepared to take care of them because they can stain very easily.
When I used tyo buy jerseys I would alternate. If had a current green and was looking to get a new one it would be white, if I had a current white and was looking to gte a new one it would be green.

White it's the color we wore when we won the SB. He was wearing the Green when Suzy rejected him on Monday night football. Chicks dig the white.
I have a green Keyshawn from when they switched back to the old unis in 1998, then when we lost in Denver I got a white Chrebet for the following season. The reasoning behind it: In the mid 90s I only had a home Devils jersey and they lost Game 7 of the conference finals on the road vs the Rangers. For the next year I bought a road jersey and they won the Cup, dominating on the road throughout the playoffs. The same theory, but it didn't work with the Jets.
I was going to get a white Favre then at the last minute I decided Green. Why? Because the Jets' green is unmistakeable. The Packers and Jets both have white jerseys with green numbers, and from a distance I am not sure one would know if my jersey is Jets or Packers, especially form behind. Aside from that, I do think I like the white better as wel, it just looks so fresh and so clean clean.....ok that was bad Anyway, either is good. I think that if you have 2 jerseys, you should have 1 of each colour. If you have 4 jerseys, 2 of each colour, and so on...
Titans garbage? What? How can you not want to pay homage to the teams of the past? Unless you would prefer that they wear old Jets jerseys, that's igs.
If they feel the need to do throwbacks, they might as well do the 80s unis, at least they're green and look like the Jets. The Titans sucked, nobody remembers them and there is a good reason for it, they sucked. Might as well dress up as the New Jersey Generals, at least they played in the Meadowlands and had one good season. Or wait for a Halloween game and wear costumes.
