I don't see him being any improvement at all.

nobody is gonna pay top dollar for this guy.....it was reported that the Bengals couldn't draw any interest for him in trade...He'll catch on somewhere..but at a reduced price.

    Rudi Johnson >> Jesse Chatman.

eh, I think durability puts Chatman at an even mark with Johnson at this point. Rudi can run for 1200 yards if he was 110% healthy, but him being that healthy is probably not going to happen.

Johnson is spent. I can't envision him being more than a spot starter at this point.

I've never liked Rudi as a NFL RB. I can't put my finger on it but I just don't think he is that great. Nobody seems to be upset about it here in Ohio either. I wouldn't even encourage the idea in the FO, I think that will only set us back.

Between Henry, Benson and Rudi Johnson, Rudi has the best chance to sign on somewhere and still be effective. The injury hurt him last year, but I think he can bounce back. He might be a good signing for someone if a starter goes down. Check back in a week or two.

His YPC was already very low in 2006, he already lost a step before his Injury.

^ Ya, I know, but their OL was pretty banged up in '06. I'd still rather have Rudi among those available.
