The thing I like is flexibility, you can come out in a two wide package with Leon. Either run with Leon if they allow it, or switch to four wide putting Leon on the same side with perhaps flexing Keller out wide with Coles or Cotch. Make the D make a decision. If not, just check down to Baker. I see all kinds of possibilities. How do you setup to defend it?

If Keller learns to block, he could end up being the best weapon we have on offense. I liked this pick early on and I love it now. He's a BEAST.

I can't belive we drafted a TE in the first round again, what a waste! This was not a need position! All the top receivers were on the board still! The sky is falling!

God draft day is so fun around here lol.

All those first round picks we've spent looking for the killer TE: Johnny Mitchell (the closest), Brady, and Becht and now we finally got one!

    Hallelujah

can't wait to see what his does this upcoming sunday against the Broncos. The way Keller has been playing so far with his clutch grabs on third down, Wayne may have to pass the torch to this kid, so he can become the new Mr. Third Down.

The Green Lantern will always be remembered for his awesome heart, and phenomenal toughness, but as far as his third down titles, he should pass them on to the next generation of Jets greats, onto Keller.

He's the type of player, like Gates or Gonzales, who just provides a bunch of match up problems. To really cover him, your going to atleast put a safety on him, or even a corner, which often frees up other players to make plays.

IMO, he's more of a reciver then a tight end. He's probably faster the JCo or LC. There not many guys in the league who really do it all.. Block, catch and YAC. Jason Witten is a good one.

Keller was good a pick, I said it right away. We needed a pass catcher, and we took the first one of the draft (he was drafted before any WR).
