The only huge contract we are stuck with, that isn't worth the money, is Favre. And he might retire. Pace, Faneca, Jenkins, they all are working out fine, evident by the beginning of the season. The problem is the coaching staff sucks.
I am sorry for the way that sounded. I was not trying to say you needed to let GM go, I was just talking about our situation last year with how bad our GM AND coach were.
I know, I just don't want Tanny to get thrown into the fire with the rest. GM isn't a worry for us. I mean, there is a reason why no matter what team Parcells goes to he tries to get Tanny to come along (at least according to the reports I have read). He really is one of the best GMs we ever had, IMO. All of our pro-bowlers this year, came here under Tannenbaum's watch. I will say again, the problem is the Coaching Staff. Tanny got them all the pieces they needed to be competitive and successful. The problem is they don't know how to use them properly. Kind of like buying a Ferrari for someone that doesn't know how to drive.
