Information has turned out to be FALSE. No need to worry about Harris being traded! Erik Boland http://blogs.trb.com/sports/football/jets/blog/2009/02/bart_scott_headed_to_florham_p.html#comments
Uh, are we planning on taking the entire Ravens' D? That seems like a pretty crazy and unlikely scenario, and I would rather have Harris than Lewis, but Harris & cash for Lewis and Braylon Edwards, maybe...
Not so sure about this one. And is seems like Borland is just making stuff up as he goes here. The meeting could just be a courtesy to see what the price is. Why dump Harris?
I don't know how to feel about this, but my initial response is this doesn't make sense at all. The reason why we got Scott and NOT Lewis was to have two YOUNG ILB's for years to come. If he were to come here for cheap and we're able to keep Harris, I'd give this the green light. But not for Lewis to replace Harris.
I don't love the idea of dumping a very good, young LB in Harris, to get an aging one for 2yrs tops. I guess getting a WR helps us, but I don't think Braylon Edwards is that great.
Me too. Why get Edwards (who tends to drop the ball, a lot, from my understanding) when we don't even a QB!?
Normally I would be to, but lets look at this with some perspective. Ray Lewis + Braylon Edwards > David Harris
