I watched it about 30 times, including the closeups they kept showing on TBS, the guy reached out, now if he doesn't maybe crowe misses it, but from the TBS angle you can clearly see the fan reach over the wall, they were showing it and talking about it for the rest of the game

Yeah, the lower level was a disgrace how empty it was. I walked around the entire stadium today. Incredible. There was more people in the lower level concourse watching the game then the seats. Lots of people trying to sneak down.

I was in the Grandstand Row 1. There is glass in front of you but as long as you aren't on the aisle you are good. It doesn't obstruct the view at all. The seats are really comfortable. The HD scoreboard is amazing.

The Great Hall is freaking awesome. So big. The pictures in it are awesome. Just overall an amazing place to see a game.

I'll post some pictures later tonight.

You have to cross this shitty road to get to the stadium.

Thanks for the pics...they are SWEEEEEEET!!!!!!

It is awesome to be able to see such great shots, since we live too far away to see the stadium.

Saturday was a debacle but that is what's great about baseball, you usually have a game the next day to put it behind you. Thankfully they found a way to win although I'm still not sure about the Posada HR.

See that's the thing though. They were manhandled by Carla "My Ass Is Sore So I'm Going On The 60 Day DL" Pavano the next day. This team is a mess, and that's pretty hard to argue against at this point.

The problem is, the more things (faces) change, the more they stay the same. We still can't hit with RISP. We get wildly fluctuating pitching performances from our starters. Our pen is worthless unless our starters finish 7. It's the same old story, different year on the calendar.

And you don't let yourself get embarassed on your brand new field, in your first series in it. On a lucky break they avoided the loss yesterday. That doesn't even begin to make up for the atrocity on Saturday.

I don't know whether to laugh or cry when I think about how empty that Stadium is going to be in July if this thing doesn't get on track soon.

It's way too early for me to worry. Wang has killed us in 3 starts(I had to sit through that debacle on Sat), I'm worried about him. I'm not worried about the team right now.

I'm really worried about Wang because I'm starting to believe the "sky is falling" people who are saying he's done. The guy can't even sniff the third inning.

As for the team, doesn't it concern you that they're leaving so many runners on base? No one can even blame ARod now either. It's everyone except the usual two: Jeter and Posada.

What about the bullpen? Do you have confidence in anyone right now? Except for Bruney and Mo I fear everyone else coming into a game without a 10 run lead.

Yes, it's still early, but this team has shown a total inability to adjust every year for a long time now. If they don't start righting the ship immediately, the race is going to be over early again for us.

I just see too many shades of '08 so far to be at all comfortable with this team.

The O has been fine. We have 6 losses and 3 were the fault of Wang. Wang is all I am concerned w/ right now and I know we'll eventually need Alex but I am enjoying not having the daily Alex soap opera.
