Gentlemen, I am convinced that we are building a team for the long haul. Considering our old staff was a "Lets win in April" it's a nice change. Besides, this season we really aren't going to do much (6 to 8 wins) so we have to build for the future. It's nice to see us building up a core that will be here for a while.
