Calvin Pace truly can do everything. I would definitely bench Sanchez for Pace.

Gholston's specialty is Chad Henne and Jake Long though!

dare i ask how he got the nickname the voyeur??

either way great news to have Pace back. like somebody above said you almost have to feel sorry for the NFL to have the defense we have had for the first four weeks, get healthy with the long week coming up and add in Calvin Pace. How amazing is this going to look? God I cant wait to see Pace obliterate the Miami OL in Miami and shut the world up and prove we just slipped up last week and that we are even better than the first 4 weeks on D now that Pace has returned!

I cannot wait to see this guy in action on Ryans defense. Scott, Harris, and Pace? Holy Hell that is a nasty trio. Cactus ahs even looked decent again this season. Our Linebackers are going to be just freakin sick.

I just listened to Rex's press conference today..........

A reporter asked Rex , "What was it like to see Calvin Pace back on the practice field today?"

Rex response:" I didn't run over and kiss him on the lips but I thought about it."

When asked if he was in game shape Rex said," He better be. When he left we told him he has 4 games to make up. He is not coming out, meaning he is going to be in on every snap"

Great points and something I have been thinking about all day today. The Jets D has not even been at 100 percent this season. Think about that.

Week 1: Pace and Ellis out
    Week 2: Pace out
Week 3: Pace, Sheppard, Strickland out
Week 4: Pace, Sheppard, Strickland out
    Week 5: YAHTZEEE!!!!!!!

Has Gholston ever wrapped anyone up? Fuck.

We are going to knock the shit out of the Phins. Our sack numbers are about to be more representative of the intense pressure put on by Rex's guys too. WOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

This linebacking core without Pace was like the 4 Horsemen without Arn Anderson. There's always a shitty Horseman...Paul Roma and Mongo McMichael immediately come to mind so that's Ghost's role. And he can't be Flair because Bart Scott's Flair, and there's no horsemen without Flair. Whereas our linebacking core succeeded without Pace. But he isn't Tully Blanchard either cause his arms are too big. I don't know where I'm going with this. But in conclusion I hope on Henne's first snap Pace comes in with a double A spinebuster. It might be a personal foul but it'll put Chad number 2 out for life bitch. And bring on the Tyler Thigpen era of Dolphins football. I'm high.

Last season through 5 games, he had 3.5 sacks and looked like a double digit sack guy for us. Then our blitzes became predictable and he was dropped in coverage a lot more. He's not a great coverage linebacker but we saw what he can do as a pass rusher. In this defense, the sky's the limit for him
