Philadelphia Eagles vs Dallas Cowboys All Time Regular Season - Dallas leads series 55-43 All Time Post Season - Dallas leads series 2-1 Players to watch Philadelphia DeSean Jackson - In the two games against the Cowboys this season, DeSean Jackson had 5 receptions for 76 yards and had no impact in the return game. For the Eagles to win they will need their playmaker to come up with a few big plays. Dallas Tony Romo - The December collapse did not happen for Romo and the Cowboys. Now it's time to win a playoff game. To do so, they will need a big game from Tony Romo. The Eagles have given up 27 touchdown passes during the season. In the two games against the Eagles during the season Romo went 45 / 68 for 618 yards and 3 TDs. Notes: There are many great matchups to watch. Terrence Newman vs. DeSean Jackson. Asante Samuel vs. Miles Austin. Philly's O-Line vs. Dallas Pass Rush. Dallas' O-Line vs. Philly's pass rush. My Prediction: Dallas 34 Philadelphia 31
Dallas could easily choke this game away. This is the hardest game for me to predict. I am going with Dallas 30-24.
28-10 Cowboys. The Eagles haven't shown any signs of being able to beat them in either game this year.
Two inconsistent teams. Each is capable of a great performance and each is capable of a lousy performance. Dallas playing better recently, but Eagles had a better overall regular season. Of course, Dallas did beat them twice, and the second one was an absolute whipping. I don't deny that the Cowboys were a little up and down, but how do you get that the Eagles had a better year? Not trying to be a dick, just curious as to why you think that.
Not really sure how I can explain that. It's a subjective impression. DVOA has the Eagles slightly ahead.
