Dear Woody, I am not your biggest fan. It often irritates me how most of your decisions appear to be motivated by financial interests. This PSL epidemic is one of the most egregious stunts pulled in New York Sports history. How dare you make me pay at least four thousand dollars for the right to purchase tickets? With that said, I would like to say that I very much appreciate you right now. Thank you very much for hiring the Head Coach who has given us the best defense in the NFL, the best rushing attack in the NFL, changed the mentality of this franchise, and led our beloved New York Jets into their first conference championship game since the 1998-1999 season. I am very sorry about the loss of your daughter, but I hope that the recent elation in Jets Nation is helping you cope with the pain. Thank you.
let's sum up sunny's post Dear Woody, I hate your fucking guts and everything you stand for. However..having said that...thanks for putting a winner on the field this year. Love, sunnygs97 PS... sorry about your kid
So basically, you don't approve of how he makes the money, but you approve of the way he spends it........ Sounds like my wife....
Dear Woody -- I don't appreciate how you run your business like a business, charging people money for a product they really, really want when they will pay it. But, I like the expensive team that you put together, I like the coach you pay to run the team, and I like that you finally have put a winner on the field. In all seriousness, I have never been so pumped. For the third time in my life, and the second that I can (will) remember, the JETS are playing for the right to represent the AFC in the Super Bowl. Wow. And, Woody, how about offering Fireman Ed and his buddy free PSLs to keep their old seats. I know, this sounds contradictory to my sarcastic paragraph above, but the man provides a service to the Jets. Perhaps the Jets reciprocate -- I am sure the man provides value in down years.
