Nolan wasn't a very good head coach. Sparano is. why would Sparano be on the hot seat for the likes of Nolan. last I checked, Parcells knew what he was doing. not to mention, if the don't get better this off season, that's on the GM, not the coach. in short, not only are you making this up, you aren't even basing it in reason.

I'm with ya coach. These two teams are becoming Scary very fast. New England's run at the top is comming to an end if they keep playing games like they did against the ravens.

Henne played better than Sanchez in the regular season and it's not really arguable IMO.

You have to put it in context of what their teams needed from them. Sanchez picked up enough regular season wins to make the playoffs (with an assist from Clemens), Henne didn't. Anyway, why are we worrying about this now?

Henne did more with less on offense, and didn't have nearly the same defense. Who are the Dolphins receivers again?

This really sounds like tampering. While the Jets are getting accused of tampering every other year, why the hell won't McDaniels place a tampering charge against miami? Let them have your DC but, Revis Christ, at least make them pay a draft pick for the priviledge! I know they aren't in your division, but as the article says, you're competing with them for wild card spots.

Except for the part where the Denver gave them permission to talk to them. Anything that happened before that can probably not be proved.

I'm as pissed as anyone that the fish don't have to cough up a draft pick but I just don't see it happening.

So you don't think there's a small chance, this is year 3 in Sparano's coaching career with the Dolphins, say he doesn't coach the team to full potential and ends up screwing the season with questionable play-calling or anything of that sort, you don't think Parcells could let him go, granted im using this as an example

Eric Mangini was coach for the Jets for 3 seasons and was let go after his 3rd season, what makes you think that something could drastically happen to the fins franchise and the players don't support the coach or any distraction similar to that? Your telling me there's NO chance he will be let go? There's always a chance for a coach to get fired I don't wanna hear that bullshit, it was just theoretical thinking a possibility

btw I know Nolan is a dick coach no shit Sherlock he could still get hired

Henne looks real good for the Dolphins especially being so young. The Dolphins had 2 major weaknesses in 2009. We need a real #1 WR. Ted Ginn doesn't cut it. he only plays good against the Jets for some reason. Did one of you guys torment him as a kid or something?

The other weakness is our pass defense. Our corners are young, our free safety is a strong safety playing out of position and our LB's can't cover.

If Miami gets Henne a decent receiver and addresses our LB's and FS this offseason you're going to see a much stiffer and much more aggressive pass defense.

I sincerely believe that the Patriots are on the way out and I said as much at the beginning of the season and all the way through it. I think the Jets and the Dolphins have both improved a lot recently and it'll be our two teams fighting for the top of the division for the next couple of years. Here's to a good rivalry!

He didn't really do more though, unless you think gaudy passing numbers are better than wins?
