I realize I'm jumping the gun here, but if anybody thinks I'm going to post this question after our game but before the NFC game instead of running naked through the streets of Albany covered in lime green jello and cool whip, you're crazy. So who says what?
I like our chances better against the Saints because the Vikings have a dominant d-line. They stop the run and we need to run to win. We have no control over it and I honestly don't care. Just win Sunday.
Saints, 24th against the run and I feel we can beat there pass offense. The Williams brothers and Jared Allen on the Vikes scare me.
I agree with most here: The Saints would be the obvious choice because no one runs on the Vikings and we NEED to run to win.
If we were to advance to the SB I'd love to see us crush Favre and the Viqueens. Favre never gave a fuck about this team and it'd be perfect justice if they beat him down in the Super Bowl.
Ah, that's fucked up, Willie. You beat me to my own poll! :breakdance: I'm a slow typist. My reasons were: The Vikings, to teach Favre a lesson. The Vikings, because the egomaniac will throw at Revis all game. The Vikings, because they're worse than the Saints. The Saints, because they don't have a Williams Wall. The Saints, because Favre will teach us a lesson. The Saints, because they're worse than the Vikings.
first, we KNOW all about favre and his passing game. hell, he was OUR qb last year. With shotty's input, rex will SHUT favre down hard. Probably knock him out of the game early. and i'm dead serious about his. this means the vikes will HAVE to run against our stacked box, and us against theirs. jets have the #1 run game in the nfl against stacked boxes. the vikes do not. give me the vikings or give me death. jets 31-20 now that has a nice ring to it...
