What exactly has Osi done in his career except come up big in the Super Bowl and regularly make Winston Justice his bitch? He's always been overrated. The Jets defense needs physical, versatile players. Umenyiora is neither.
As someone else has already said, if a trade (NOT) was going to happen, I would prefer Kiwanuka also. The bigger question is, who would replace Rhodes? Personally I would prefer it if he stayed.

And that's the most frustrating part. I'd love to think all of this will light a fire under his ass, but I just can't count on that. Either way, there's no way in hell that we dump ANOTHER member of our secondary with all of the expected turnover unless we have a replacement first.
This trade would be great. What both players need is a change of atmosphere. Both have loads of talent and will be able to utilize it in a new place with a fresh start. But I also think that Osi is a better player than Rhodes overall
