I am still of the belief that Mike Vick makes for a shitty ass starting NFL QB. Thus, I have no problem with Buffalo picking him up. Release the hounds Rex!!
I honestly don't understand why teams would rather trade for Vick than Mcnabb. Mcnabb is an infinitely better option, but that said fuck it, Buffalo wants fans in the stands, what better way to do that than put Vick and Owens on the field at the same time?
You do realize we were beaten by Ryan Fitzpatrick this year, right? I mean, I'm not saying the team hasn't made some strides, but I don't think we should forget their humble beginnings either haha.
...and Miami beat us twice, with Chad Henne. Besides, Vick has actually looked good for the snaps that he played this past year. Buffalo is obviously rebuilding, and they've already got some good pieces in place, I'd be interested to see what they do during the off-season. I don't think it's a fair assesment to write this team off as a slouch.
People forget that Vick was an absolute beast when he was at Atlanta and didn't he make a conference championship game?
I don't know why anyone who watched Vick play this season still thinks that he's even on the same level today as he was back then. He's not. I'd rather have Trent Edwards than Vick, and Edwards is a train wreck.
You do realize the Jets beat themselves in that game and Sanchez throwing 5 picks and the punter throwing a 6th is highly unlikely to happen again?
The only thing about this statement that could be in question is whether it was rust that he could shake off with a full offseason of work. If that isn't the case, Vick is nowhere close to being an NFL starting QB. His success in Atlanta was entirely based on his amazing ability to accelerate in traffic and make people miss, and he showed absolutely none of that in Philadelphia this year.
I was just thinking of that video. Vick to T.O. I'm sure it'll feel like there's 30 defenders on the field to them.
where is the rumor that Vick is going to the Bills? all I see is the rumor that they will consider him, but there is a huge gaping difference between those two concepts.
