    6 Vikings
    7 Eagles
    8 Texans
    9 Colts
    10 Ravens
    11 Falcons
    12 Giants
    13 Patriots
    14 Buccaneers
    15 Steelers
    16 49ers
    17 Titans
    18 Redskins

    21 Cardinals
    22 Panthers
    23 Browns

I find it hystrical that they even bother to do these before the draft... before FA too is just madness :p

because nothing ever changes from year to year, right? every year teams simply stay as good as they were the year before.

I think the Texans are a solid team and of course they could finish better than the Colts but outta respect the Colts should be #2...they are the AFC Champs

At this point, with exactly 0 roster changes, the Saints are the #1 team in the NFL.

To down grade a team that lost 1 game this year that all of thier starters played in to 9 with no changes? Stupid.

The list is complete BS, but then again so are all power rankings.

considering there has been 1 repeat Champion in the last 10 years, the likelihood that the Saints will be the best team next year is unlikely, so not having them number 1 isn't stupid, it is actually quite the opposite.

the idea that just because a team was great this year automatically means they will perform equally next year, even if the roster stays unchanged, is stupid, hence why teams get better or worse every year even when their key players remain unchanged.

all predictions are stupid, whether they are drastically different from the previous year or identical, so claiming one is worse than the other is ridiculous.

I like Steve Wyche - he explained these rankings the other day on NFL Network, and Jamie Dukes' fat ass gave him a hard time about it.

The meaning behind a lot of these rankings made a lot of sense.

ONE EXAMPLE: He thinks the Texans are going to overtake the Colts in the AFC South.

I don't think they're that ridiculous, he has his own opinion on the Bucs and Colts, but it is a tough thing to do before the draft and FA and everything but it isn't that bad.

Honestly, what do they pay these guys for? A lot of these guys are ex-players so they can't be cheap. I'd do a better job for less than these idiots are getting.

I think power rankings are pretty silly at this point but I can see why some teams are ranked differently than where they finished last year. But the Saints at 4? I think they should be given the benefit of the doubt here or at least given a bit of respect. They are the reigning champs..

I read these rankings, then got my brass knuckles, kevlar helmet and passed a calender. I looked at said calender and saw February 19th. I muttered to myself " what a fucking idiot" and got a beer, watched porn and beat my dick like it stole something.
