    McDaniels IS an idiot.
He's in way over his head as an HC and I think this may be his last season in Denver.
I never wanted to see someone fail as bad as I want this douchbag to.

Not as much as I would like to see him fail.

Another douchebag like Mangini who thought that being involved with a Belicheat staff for a few years had to certify his expertise.
Its moments like that youtube drama meltdown that players never forget when they look at their coach every day.
Say what you want about Cutler & Marshall, - but they were very successful in Denver. 1st thing McDaniels tries to do when he gets in Denver is manuever for a Matt Cassel trade - Cutler catches wind of this & wants out of town. I'd probably do the same thing Cutler did. And its obvious now, that Orton just isnt his guy. How should Orton feel? Credit to Orton, he is not saying anything & working his ass off to attract himself to other teams.

With stuff like that, its clear McDaniels is in way over his head. The Broncos first half season last year reminds me of Mangini's 1st season here. The next 2 yrs will end up the same in Denver.

While McDaniels has made a lot of questionable decisions, I personally don't think trading Cutler for two #1 picks was one of them.

What was done with those picks is another matter.

I was sour on the move at the start, but cutler has continued to throw as many Picks as TD's and has looked horrible this preseason. Great arm attached to a 10 cent brain.

Orton, and more so Tebow, are the Anti Cutler. They many not have the physical tools, but seem more coachable and better at protecting the ball. McDaniels has drawn his line in the Sand. The questionable attitudes in Cutler and Marshall are gone. I think he'll get at least another year after this to pull it all together, but that team needs to make strides soon.

His voice sounds like it belong to a whiny adolescent, not an NFL head coach.

Couldn't agree more, and that last sentence sums it up so well.

Reminds me a lot of Jeff George, actually. Which, for those of us who remember that guy, is a bad thing.
