Bills sign QB Kingsbury NFL.com wire reports ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (June 5, 2006) -- Quarterback Kliff Kingsbury was claimed off waivers by the Buffalo Bills after Craig Ochs was injured playing in NFL Europe. Kingsbury is a Texas Tech product, who spent the final 13 weeks of last season as a backup with the New York Jets. He made one appearance for the Jets, completing two passes for 17 yards against Denver on Nov. 20. Kingsbury spent this spring playing for NFL Europe Cologne. Ochs sustained an undisclosed injury playing in Frankfurt's season finale last month. He has been placed on the Bills NFL Europe injury list. Kingsbury broke into the NFL as New England's sixth-round pick in the 2003 draft, but spent his rookie season on injured reserve. He also spent time on New Orleans and Denver's practice squads.
Thanks for letting me know how to respond to super valuable, contributing posts like yours. Keep up the great work. I wouldn't know what to do without knowing where Kliff landed.
I was posting it on the grounds that he was a former Jets player, and some people might have taken intrest into Kliff, but somehow that thought doesn't trace through your mind.
Lighten up francis. The day you realize that not every response to post is meant to be fulfilling and insightful, the sooner you'll like this place more.
I would have a better sense of humor about this, but its not like its the first time its happened. Actually essentially evertime I post news you seem to stomp on it deaming its not significant enough for this board, and don't say its not important enough because its a NFL FORUM and I rather be posting original news then repeating the same crap on the NYJ forum for 24 hours.
I appreciated your post, CM! Kliff did throw a couple of passes for the Jets last year, and there was even talk about him starting. So it's an item of interest to some of us what became of him.
Nobody cares about this...so don't expect many 'thoughtful' comments. But anyway, plinko is right: When we play the Bills and Kliff STARTS = Pure Pwnage.
You have 391 posts, he has over 5000, so watch who you lip off too. Respect is earned around here and you're not gonna get any by telling guys that have been around here for a while how they should post.
First off I didn't join the board for respect, and I know some people that have alot of post, but they are worse posters then me (Im not saying im a better poster then Plinko though) So how about you dont judge someone by their post count.
Um dude what do post counts matter? An extremely intelligent person posting with only 20 posts has a less valuable opinion than someone who is on the site every day year on and year off with 10,000 posts?? I dont think so
