This is just a bullshit scapegoat move. It's everyone's fault except Schotty's. Wise up Rex.

There's no possible way that they're trying to scapegoat Woodhead.

I understand the Woodhead move. I wish I could have seen him get a couple of carries, couldn't have possibly been detrimental, but I don't understand the Clowney signing...

Not for this week it ain't.

All goes with the game plan.

Clowney can force a defense to counter his speed. Woodhead, as talented as he is, does not bring that to the table.

Don't see how he can be a marginal player, wasn't given the chance to prove that. How does that jive with Rex saying he "tore them up" in practice. However, I suppose him being on the sidelines for the game was cause for all that was wrong in the team's performance.Odd move........

Exactly. Why keep more than 1 WR on the team? I hope we don't add Coles because he'll be of no use to us. We can't pass to the WR's we already have.

We should just line up 3 TE's on every down.

Great. Let's bring in another wide out who will never get the ball thrown to him unless he's in the flat or on a screen.

Clowney's name says it all. He and Gholston should have been dumped a season ago. Sorry to see Woodhead go, that's for sure. Tough little dude could handle running much needed slant routes.

    Woodhead?

I just checked my fantasy player news (I don't own him) and it said Woodhead was waived by the Jets. Didn't see it posted so I was curious about the reaction.

This makes no sense. You waive a guy with versatility, and bring back a guy that's one dimensional. Don't get to comfortable David, this is only for 3 weeks. This has to be to stretch the field. Although, who respects Clowney enough to even care about him streaking downfield.

Why are most people excited about the prospect of Thomas joining the team?

Guy was great on the Ravens, mediocre on the Pats and nobody has picked him up.

    Gotta wonder why.

I would imagine refreshing the page before posting a new thread is a good idea if you haven't refreshed it in four hours.

Jets don't need receivers..Sanshit won't throw to anybody not 5 yards behind the line of scrimmage anyway.
