yes he scored a touchdown last night, and had around 80 yards. He is excused from drunk driving.................:breakdance:
yeah, i remember hearing similar stuff in college but in terms of making hs BAC higher than it was, i would doubt it. regardless, i wouldnt really use that argument if i was braylon's attorney: "Your honor, he was on antibiotics which makes you feel more drunk with even less alcohol. Please take that into account."
No, he is not excused from the charge of DUI. The legal system will deal with that in the normal course of events. I'm sure NY will deal sternly with him , as they did in the Plax case. But until the Dolphins take Ronnie Brown, who also had a DUI this year, off the field, why should we? No other first string player has been suspended or benched for a first offense DUI in the League, so let's get off the high horse. When a rule is set by the league suspending players for the offense, then the team should comply. Otherwise you follow precedent.
I've thought from the beginning that if Braylon donated 1 or 2 game checks to a DUI victim's group this media backlash problem would have mostly gone away
so when I actually DID drink a LOT, you can just imagine how poor my decision making skills were. You really can't blame me, I had no chance.
