There's a double standard when it comes to these things. A woman should not be allowed in a mens locker room, just like a man should not be allowed in a female locker room. We wouldnt have a need for conduct rules if this were the case. If the league is going to continue allowing female reporters in a locker room full of half naked men, then there should be a dress code policy for the females. If these woman claim to be professionals then they should dress accordingly, and should not have a problem with it.
