Could be... he was not a household name by any means when he became the DC, and I would agree that season wasn't anything remotely spectacular defensively. I believe he has a lot to learn still... it will just come down to whether he's willing to admit that to himself and learn, or does he remain stubborn and think he's right. I don't expect him to have much time to continue to learn at that level though if he doesn't manage to start showing some wins. NFL is usually unforgiving in that way. He might be well off spending some time going back a step.
I cruised through Cleveland sports pages this morning. They're still pretty forgiving. There doesn't seem to be any clamor for Mangini's head.
It's very very fun beating up the Clowns LOL. Oh man that team is comical at best. I mean look at our organization, and look at the Browns. We are a World Class, Championship winning wrecking ball. The Browns? HA HA HA HA!!!
