Time for a little ground and pound baby. After we get them all selling out on the run hit them with an LT toss pass.

Nice read and thanks for posting it. So much for the wrong takes on here about how we can't run the ball. Brandon Jackson has been averaging 4.5 ypc his last three games. We just need more of a commitment to the run from McCarthy.

You guys better be able to run it on us because Sanchez won't be able to beat us on his arm alone. You get unbalanced and your in BIG trouble in this game.

You better hope Rogers gets protection, or your team is in "BIG trouble". If you guys cant run the ball, that makes things even more difficult on Rogers. The Jets are going to be coming, believe that!

The Jets are going to run the ball, no suprise there. If we get going, that should open up the play action for Sanchez. The Packers are going to have a hard time with all the weapons we have. This should be a fun game.

4.5 ypc is good but I take it with a grain of salt because he's only averaging 12 or so attempts in those games. If defenses are geared up against the pass since it is the biggest threat, it's a lot easier to run. It's not as if the packers are lining up and running it down people's throats the entire drive. I'm not saying the running game is bad, but I think you're overrating it.

This is a good thing for the Pack. Rodgers is one of the best QB's in the league against the blitz. Clifton and Bulaga will handle your ends, nothing special there. As long as he doesn't hold the ball too long, your overloading backers and safeties shouldn't get home on the blitz. Also, look for us to go no huddle on you guys to keep you off balance. It's the deep cover 2 and underneath zone stuff that we've been seeing all year that's been giving Rodgers problems this year. The windows and passing lanes are tighter in cover 2 than a press man scheme. A blitzing man to man scheme is what this offense has been waiting to go against all year.

Is this another fabricated post or is it real? I guess we'll never know.

No, more like 70% of the time. You get to 70% in this game, it's probably late and you are down 10+ points. Not what you guys want. Your team is built for a 60/40 pass to run at best.

As if I've been on here making shit up about them.

Obviously I don't know as much about the Packers as I do the Jets, but I don't make shit up and I'm not about to take your word for anything. One thing I do know is that Rogers bumped his head and threw a bunch of completely off target passes last week. If he does that again this week they may not be so lucky to end up on the turf as incompletions.

End aren't meant to get sacks in a 3-4......we heard the same thing about Brady, Brees, and Rivers last year....they all sucked against our D.

"A blitzing man to man scheme is waht this offense has been waiting to go against all year."

    This quote is a joke.

The arrogance on this board is ASTOUNDING!! You would think we're going up against the steel curtain on Sunday! Your joke quote shows how little you know about coverages and schemes and more importantly how they pertain to the Green Bay Packers. If you've watched tape on Rodgers you'll know he's one of the best QB's in the league against the blitz. You watch any Packers games this year? How many teams blitzed us? You're the joke..

I say something you don't agree with and I'm making shit up? Nice logic there.
Rodgers bumped his head two games ago genius, and he threw 4 passes where he wasn't on the same page with his receivers. Maybe we should trade him!

I'm not going to pretend I know as much about your team as you do...which is what it seems like you are doing to us Jets fans.

I do know enough to conclude that Aaron Rodgers is a great QB, and is good against the blitz.....the same exact things like "if you blitz you will get burned, our QB is so good against the blitz" were said about Rivers, Brady, and Brees last year...they all struggled with Rex's defense. We didn't sit back, we blitzed against them.

I know about coverages and schemes....and every defense has their own style, ours is not to sit back and play cover 2. They don't care who they are playing, they will attack your QB all game. It works for the Jets.

Because other teams didn't blitz much means we won't?

You don't play the same team very week..

We hear the same shit from the same annoying fans (Saints fans were cool) of other teams. We hear it from the Charger fans that had huge Wr's. We heard it with the Bungles last year, we heard it with Schaub, We heard it with Drew Brees, we heard it with Tom Brady etc. etc. etc.......................Their QB eats blitzes for lunch.

Guess what? Turns out their QB's didn't like the blitzes so much. .

One QB has Rex Ryan's scheme figured out, Peyton Manning, and he only did it last year when 2/3rds of the Jets secondary went down. Last I checked, Aaron Rodgers, while an elite QB, is no Peyton Manning.

So no matter what fanboi's of other teams have to say, we heard it before, and as such we pretty much could give a shit about you and your opinion.

Oh and take your arrogance comment and stuff it up your ass.

It has nothing to do with me disagreeing with you. I'm talking about you making up things like "Revis is a PUSSY when tackling" or "Cotchery was in the dog house". When you make shit like that up, I can't take anything you say seriously.

The effects of a concussion can last a long time, much more than a couple of weeks. It didn't look like he was himself last week - a whole 2 weeks after having one. Hell I had my last concussion in 2002 and I'm obviously still not right in the head.
