Good let them keep hating and we will keep proving we belong with the elite! Don't want A -holes like him on our bandwagon anyways!
Vikings are lucky they played the Jets in a monsoon...they would have been throttled If the Jets had connected on a few of those dropped balls and sloppy passes. Broncos are lucky they have relatives in the NFL officials corp. Jets would have throttled them if they allowed the Jets to play the damn game. Ravens were lucky to win by a point after the Jets gave them almost as many yards in penalties as the gained in the whole game. AFC east is lucky the Jets aren't 6-0 To Jason Cole.....a verse from the Pixies... With your feet in the air and your head on the ground.... Try this trick and spin it, yeah Your head will collapse But there's nothing in it... And you'll ask yourself Where is my mind?
Dolphins fans seem to spend an inordinate amount of time playing the "what if" game, whether it be explaining how the Jets shouldn't have made the playoffs, won playoff games, or won 5 games this season. I guess that's what happens when your team blows.
It's just really funny how obsessed they are with us in general. There are usually almost as many threads on finheaven about the Jets as there are about the dolphins
The jets were lucky their tuna when they went to eat sushi didn't have 40 times the standard mercury content The jets were lucky they hired a licensed pilot instead of a partially blind chimpanzee to fly their charter plane. The jets were lucky Dan marino didn't jump in a time machine and become Chad henne The jets were lucky Hitler invaded Poland instead of the Sanchez house Jason is right. We are pretty fuckin lucky
Hahah the pass was uncatchable. When clowns like this guy make these types of comments like, "the ball was uncatchable," how come no one on the show calls them out immediately?
Most of the teams are so close to one another when it comes to talent nowadays that games always come down to just a few plays. You can point to most games with a 0-10 point spread, change the outcome of just one or two plays and say the winning team could have lost.\ You can easily play the same thing with the winning team. Give the Jets one more play in the ravens game and they're undefeated. Give them one in each game and they're probably blowing teams out.
couldn't have said it better. any team that wins a game decided by a TD or less loses the game on one play. i can make up any scenario. the NFL is so close these days that if you gave me the power to change ONE play from a game while I'm watching it live I could do it and guarantee a team victory. if I was able to change a play in a jets game you just stay patient and hold onto it until late. We know the jets are rarely ever blown out or out of a game in the 4th Q. when it comes to crunch time you just turn a crucial play into a pick 6 for the jets or in the baltimore game you can make a defender slip and sanchez throws a 60 yd TD pass to edwards with 30 seconds left. the dolphags play a close game every week(except pats). they're 3-3. they find ways to lose. even if they had gotten that fumble back in the pitt game I bet they go 3 and out and pitt marches down the field and kicks a GW FG anyways.
Calling the Jets the luckiest team in the NFL is a great thing. Last year the luckiest team was the Saints and their season turned out pretty well(reference their redskins and vikings games last year). Every good team needs luck. They put themselves in position to succeed when presented with extra opportunities. Lucky is not a bad thing. People who believe that every time their rival prevails because of luck is just bitter that the team they cheer for is not as good and lucky. Please let the Jets be lucky this weekend!
