I understand the disappointment in how the offense looked, but I think the play of the Jets defense is getting lost in all of this. As a Packers fan, I've never seen their offense look so anemic. The Jets defense was incredible today.
major overreaction...every team has a shit game. Did anyone here really think he would end up being 15-1? We lost to a good team with a good defense. If we had this performance against the Lions or Browns then I'd be a bit pissed. IMO we're still a 10 win team like I thought in the begining of the season. Thats not a knock on us but just the reality of the teams we have to play. We've got two road games and then the Texans at home. Important stretch coming up. Plus future road games against the Pats and Bears which wont be easy either.
Not to take away from the Jets defense but you were missing your #1 RB, #1 TE and Driver didn't play in the 2nd half. Rodgers made the big plays when he needed to and your OL did a good job of keeping a lot pf the pressure off Rodgers.
My two cents....If before the season started you knew we would be 5-2 with the difficulty of our schedule would you have been happy. I thought so. The team shat the bed...get over it. Move on. Mondays after losses suck. Bring on Detroit!
