You guys simply were the better, more talented team. I really enjoyed listening to the game on the radio and I was very impressed by your team today, that 2nd half was just brutal and so was the way you guys pulled off the win in overtime. You are just absolutely stacked at almost every position and are a mind boggling threat on both offense and defense. Obviously, you guys are definitely Super Bowl contenders.

I am somewhat jealous of you randomly stealing LT from the Chargers and returning him to dominance, getting Holmes for nickels on the dollar. You can keep Braylon though. I just don't like the guy.

I hope these teams play each other again soon - all the storylines, coaches, piles of mediocre ex-Jets on our team makes for an exciting game. I will admit I was hoping partially to see the Browns win just for the reactions here if a Mangini led team actually beat you guys, but it was not to be.

Mangini seems to have improved as a coach since his time with you guys, but I definitely wouldn't want him around without the close eye of Holmgren following him around and not fucking this up for us. Our 2009 draft was a disaster. I'm OK with him. Rex seems to be the better coach so far though.

I hope you guys have good luck this year in the playoffs, because you certainly are an entertaining team. And not the Steelers - your most important characteristic.

    Radio??? Didn't watch it?

browns are legit. need more talent at the skill positions but they're a gritty team. I've liked them all season. Jake delhomme cost them that first game

Its a shame you guys took 4 games to get started. If you started the season like the Browns are playing now their record would be considerably better. Shit they may even be fighting for the division.

You know, it's funny because we thought this team was just putrid at the beginning of the year because the Bucs and Chiefs curbstomped us. To this game, we've had the toughest schedule in the entire league. Everyone other than the Bengals had a winning record or something, 5ish wins.

We'd have to be flawless to pick up the division and the other teams probably have to have a major Broncos-esque collapse. It could happen, but I'm not getting my hopes up. I'm just happy this team has a damn pulse for once. We really need an actual wide recover corps though. As is we struggle if we ever fall behind. Oddly, until recently, the Browns fans on the forum I go to seem extremely anti QB and anti WR, hate anything that doesn't involve running the ball. I can understand that with Brady Quinn and all, but we're kind of taking that whole concept of care too far.

    ...

I ended up getting roped into going to some middle school basketball game (don't ask) but luckily ended up waiting in a parking lot for a few hours so I managed to pick up the game from the part where you guys proceeded to beat our asses in for the entire 3rd quarter.

The Browns should be a fun team to watch going forward. They have definately improved under Mangini & Holmgren and they play great hard nosed football. Its excellent for the NFL to have the Browns improving. Good luck the rest of the way !

You're team is headed in the right direction.

Its a good thing, considering you play in a damn tough division.

    Radio? Really?

Thanks for the compliments. The Browns are a very good football team. Nothing to be ashamed of and I wouldn't complain about your coaches... after all, you do have Rob Ryan!

Actually I think NBC televises it on sundays. It's pretty funny what else is on TV during football, because all of the other channels give up on viewership and put on shit for non NFL fans.

I think in every other game this season, win or lose, I always thought that the Jets played well and if they didn't it was because of self-imposed mistakes. After this game against the Browns, I walked away relieved as hell because that game was a war between two really good teams. The Browns record doesn't show it but Cleveland's got a contender in the AFC. Even with the Jets working well as a whole you guys nearly kicked us out of Cleveland with a loss. Major props.

This was probably one of MY top 5 greatest Jets games I've seen.

McCoy is the real deal and you have some good players there...Just need to get some playmakers on both sides of the ball and that team can be a consistent winner.

I also think once the Bengals fire Marvin Lewis that Cin. should look to hire Rob Ryan for the Head Coaching job.

I think he would excel there...Even though, my gut tells me this is the last season for Carson Palmer at Cincy (Have a feeling he signs with Minnesota next year)

I think the Browns are legit as long as they keep Rob Ryan.

I think if he gets a HC job elsewhere (instead of replacing Mangini) I think that team goes right down the drain.

And cmon youre jealous we got LT for nothing ? Im fricken jealous you guys got Hillis for nothing. That guys an absolute monster .

Funny thing about those teams with the toughest schedule. Should they survive that schedule and improve, they're that much more dangerous the following year with the lighter schedule because they would have learned how to win. Your Browns will be ok as long as you have Big Mike buying the groceries..

Watching that game, it's obvious the Browns are much better than their record. Now that almost 10 games have played we see Browns had a tough schedule. Browns fans should be feeling good.

McCoy is the real deal. Browns in good shape for future, they got their qb & they've got a coach that's doing well. Mangini w/ Holmgren is good for them.

In his post-game interview, Rex Ryan said this is one team he does NOT want to face again... a real compliment to your team.

I said on Saturday that this game troubles me, and sure enough, it was a nail-biter. You guys played outstanding football and probably deserved to beat us. You've got nothing to be ashamed of with this team, friend. Good luck in the future.

LMAO thats soooo true. TV on Sunday SUCKS without football. I just sit and pray that they show episodes of Adventure Time and Rocko's Modern Life on Cartoon Network and Nicktoons respectively.
