Will he improve? will he regress? will he stay the same? What are your opinions on this subject?

I believe his numbers will improve wether Braylon is on the team or not. He will have more than 17 Touchdowns although I do expect the interceptions to go up to because the more he passes the more interceptions their may be.

Its his third year. I think he starts performing more like his performances in the playoffs.

His regular season play has to catch up and I think it will this year.

He had a really nice 4 game stretch to start the season but then the offense suffered a bit of an identity crisis because a) they had to incorporate a new weapon into their offense and b) Sanchez was only in his 2nd year so struggles are to be expected. I'm hoping, in addition to what should be the natural progression of a QB from his 2nd to 3rd year, that continuity from training camp to the entire regular season will help alleviate some of those struggles

With a completion percentage of 60ish.
Dont really care about the upping TD and lowering INT's. Well i do. But just want to see him more consistent. This goes out to Shotty too.

I think he will be much better this year, and be a better than average QB, but I think 2012 will be his true breakout year when he truly makes his mark on the league. We don't need Sanchez to be Tom Brady for us to win the Super Bowl, so lets hope he improves enough to get us over the hump.

I hope he can become playoff/4th quarter Mark Sanchez a bit more consistently. Statistically, in the mid-to-upper 20s in TDs, low-teens in INTs.

Its about getting started early. 1st quarter - come out and be the guy we've seen in the 4th quarter and the playoffs.

Consistency comes with maturity and experience.

I think we're going to be impressed with what we see.

Gentleman, the 3rd year is the breakout year. My Quarterback is going to smack the shit out of you.

But when people see 25TDs and 10INTs they'll still call him shitty.

And "they," these dickless membranes of skin and waste, will show once more that they do not, nor will ever, know football.

I EXPECT him to get better. He plays like a different man in the playoffs. He's the only Jets QB in my lifetime that I haven't made a snap decision on. A lot of the season, I shake my head, and wonder. Then the Playoffs hit and a different man appears. I have no problem with a QB who plays well in pressure situations and in the playoffs. 4-2 playoff record in his first 2 seasons? I'll take that with a SMILE!
