Is this thread a joke? I think our schedule softens up quite a bit after the bye (Chiefs, Broncos, Bills twice, Dolphins twice). Two of our next 3 games are tough. If we can get into the bye above .500 somehow or at worst 3-4, I would be extremely happy.
so you just going to ignore the Jags? But enough of this "if it wasn't" crap. The Jets have special teams, defense, and at times, offense. All came together in the 4th to win that game, period.
Since when is playing at Denver and the two games with Dolphins easy? Not to mention the resurgence of the 3-1 Bills...This is no joke, guy.
nobody is saying it is a joke, just that until proven otherwise the Jets appear to still be better than them all.
Actually, I was answering to MarkyMark's question he posed, "Is this thread a joke?" Im assuring him my concerns are not a joke.
+1. I should have phrased it better. I'm still pissed from last nights game, so my anger is venting into my words. These teams are far inferior to us, even with all our deficiencies. I may be the only person in America who still hasn't bought into the Bills. By the time we face the Broncos, Tebow will assuredly be at QB. No road game is a joke in the NFL, esp the Denver game where we play Sunday night then fly to Den that for that Thursday game. I agree with poe on the Fins, but normally the Fins are a halfway decent team. This year they are atrocious. To sum up, the schedule isn't that tough. You make it sound like we're facing murderers row. When I think of a brutal schedule I think, at Pitt, Hou, No, detroit, atlanta. The games we have are significantly easier than any of those.
If we don't start protecting the QB better and establish at least some semblance of a running game that the opposition needs to respect, the schedule won't matter because Sanchez will be on IR.
