Honestly, I think Rex is too loyal too a fault, especially in regards to Schottenheimer. He's not getting the job done and hasn't for 5, going on 6 years and quite frankly Schottenheimer can end Rex's regime as head coach if Rex doesn't fire him. If he plans to stick with him into the foreseeable future and we're having the same problems with ANOTHER QB if we were to give up on Sanchez, that's going to be his own mistake. Regardless, I don't think it will ever get that far and quite frankly I'm hoping we can turn this ship around and make the playoffs. We have the talent and our head coach is one of the best in the league, he just has to kick Schotty in the ass and get him in fucking line.
