Great job by the OL. This is the first time all season long the Redskins did not get one QB Sack!!!

    Slauson
    Mangold

awesome job today by the O-Line...gave sanchez lot of time, opened up lanes for greene, no sacks against one of the best pass rushing teams, and no offensive turnovers!!

Great win for us! We are still in the hunt!

Little credit goes to Sanchez for some nifty scrambling. But yeah, nice work by them.

It was also nice to see how much Mark trusted the line this game, standing pat against a good pass-rushing team, going through his read(s).

All the credit today goes to Shotty. He limited Sanchez's exposure with a lot of quick passes, screens and simply taking the ball out of Sanchez's hands. This is a game if Sanchez was allowed to throw its possible if not probable he could have given up 2-3 defensive TDs. That being said Sanchez was lucky. He had a couple of dropped INTs and two plays where he was carrying the ball extended from his body that were a hair from being knocked out.

But the real key here was taking the ball out of Sanchez's hands where he could not lose the game for us. Shotty did a great job of limiting Sanchez's exposure in passing situations.

    Pass blocking was great

But, the run blocking I thought wasn't that good for chunks of this game. I would like to see more consistency.

The one positive is that the offensive line has played well in back to back games.

Every QB has dropped interceptions. It seems like it's so hard for this guy to get ANY credit.

OL did a great job, but Sanchez made a few nifty moves to avoid some sacks himself. Specifically the 3rd and 4 to greene, and one where he avoided Orakpo and dropped it to conner. Granted we then missed the 40 yard FG, but it still was a big play by Mark.

The o-line did a MUCH better job today. I'd like to see at least 3 quarters of consistent offense, but today (and to some extent last week) are steps in the right direction.
