I don't know why people like this guy at all. Was a game manager in college, what makes anybody think he'll be anything more in the pros? I would like to see Simms.

Did anyone else actually watch McElroy at Alabama? Absolutely nothing about his college career suggests that he's an NFL QB. Neither does his noodle arm. Hopefully he can become a competent backup, but that's his ceiling. Leave it to Jets fans to hate non-stop on their two first round quarterbacks, but fall head over heels for the 7th rounder who had half of a good preseason game.
