I'm wondering specifically about his last major time in the NFL.

Not that I condone his behavior with the Wranglers, but let's face it, there's a certain amount of commitment/dedication that one would have between an arena league and the NFL. He's not going to decide he doesn't want to travel to Buffalo for week 17 if the Jets' playoff chances are on the line.

His actions in Allen are anything but professional, and they wouldn't fly for a no name WR who's trying to make it to the big leagues, but the difference is that he's a relevant name (possibly future-HOF) WR.

I would love to see Braylon come back somehow some way....

What about trying to go after James Jones or Cobb from the Packers..

like that sounds like a good idea in theory and they are good receivers, but they benefit an insane amount from having aaron rodgers and the likes of greg jennings and jordy nelson across from them. they wouldn't be the same here

Pfft. How's his career postseason record? Just sayin...I wouldn't give up a 2nd and 4th round pick for this bum. We already wasted a first on Sanchez.

This is my last post I make about romo because I am being baited and it's not what thread is about .

He is 1-3 and here are the details

Seattle he drove the team down the field for the game winning field goal and fumbled the snap as a holder .

Giants game he played great , Turner dropped game winning TD

Minnesotta entire team got blasted off the field

    Eagles he won.

Not likely since Jennings is hurt again, and they want one of those guys to replace him after this year when he's a FA. There aren't really any good receivers available since every team wants at least two or three top guys.

I think very highly of Romo, he is one of the top QBs who unfortunately needs a change of scenery. He has been victimized in Dallas and once his back is against the wall he tends to be too aggressive and make dumb mistakes. I would take him in a second, he is 100 times the QB Sanchez is.

T.O. has always had a problem with dropping the ball. It looked like he still had the speed to play in the NFL to me, which would be my biggest concern at his age.

It's not like teams are knocking down his door to sign him but we're pretty desperate if Holmes is gone for an extended period of time.

    I'd also look at Houshmandzadeh.

The question is: Is Holmes truly hurt or is he trying to convince us that he's hurt?

Well there is a thread that now says it looks like he is out for the year and the Jets added Jordan White to the practice squad..does that mean we have an answer to the question in this thread?

please no to chad, to, plax.. cmon guys. these guys have been out there the whole time and nobody's interested.

chad is still facing charges for whatever the hell is going on with his wife. he'd be suspended the moment he signed the contract.

if we sign anyone.. it's going to be some guy off the scrap heap. danario alexander.. kevin curtis.. lee evans.. the guy the dolphins just cut, legedu naanee..

just make joe mcknight into a receiver. and pray to the football gods that stephen hill learns to catch sooner rather than later.

    Plax is the answer.

Last go round they were asking him to be a deep guy.

Now you have Hill. Plax as posession, withe Kerley, Keller...that's solid.
