I understand this is a Jets site, but calling the Pats' offense a "gimmick" is laughable. They have the best offense the league has seen in decades. Just being realistic. HoF QB, great OL, great young HB, best WR core, best TE duo, and even their HBs can catch.

With all the injuries on defense, I don't think the Jets have anyone to substitute. So... that solves that problem.

I hate NE but this is not a gimmick. This is a fault on the refs for not calling it. I'm sure not a lot of people in the NFL are aware of this rule, cause clearly the refs weren't. But now that this article has been put out, I'm sure the refs will be informed of this before our game tomorrow.

Jets fans aren't crying about the Patriots going at a quick tempo. In fact, I think it will make the game exciting to watch. We just don't want the Patriots to break the rules (ie CHEAT) by subbing their guys out and not allowing us to do the same. If it's a rule in the NFL rulebook, then it must be upheld. As you can see in that article, it helped New England go from 2nd and 18 to 1st and 5.
Fake injuries to allow substitutions. Rex should not hesitate to tell His guys to do this. Problem solved.
