    Conor Orr
Can confirm the #jets interest in FA tight end Fred Davis. Would pair nice with Cumberland.

This move would intrigue me. Guy has such great upside. If Rex can fix his issues off the field, this guy could be pretty effective.

He's a better tight end than Keller. He is a bigger risk because of his off the field issues but I would definitely give him a shot.

I don't know if I would say he is better than Keller, but he is definitely a solid option. A pairing of him and Cumberland would be pretty nice.

Good receiver but not much of a blocker. Would be cool with it tho as long as we get a blocking TE in the draft.

If he's healthy could be solid. He tore his achilles last year I believe.

i definitely think hed be an upgrade over keller. hes a young guy, has some injury problems if i remember correctly though, so perfect fit for the type of roster idzik is putting together. if he can keep it together for a season, can be a hell of a player.

Davis is a much better option than Keller, he would fit in nicely if he is healthy.

Better player than Keller. Hopefully, he'll choose the Jets as he shops around in FA.

can't see why he'd come to the jets? washington has a ployoff team and a qb that can get him the ball. in the end, i bet he stays in DC.

That could be a positive or a negative. Either way, I think that Davis would be a great pick up for our Jets, regardless of who's at the QB spot.

It may not mean anything, because you can't assume Sanchez starts this year.

His past chemistry with Sanchez doesn't matter he's a better catcher than Keller

He is still very young he is only 27 so he has some good years left in him,But keep in mind he tore his achilles and that is a serious injury so hopefully he will return to form if we get him.He had 59 recs's in 2011 for 796 yards 3 TD's with Rex Grossman as his QB. He could be a beast if he is healthy enough

That's not necessarily true, which is why he is entertaining other offers.

The question becomes whether he wants to sign with Buffalo or us. I would think he would want to sign with us considering Buffalo has Scott Chandler. We currently have no starting TE. If he came here, he would be an immediate starter.
