some of them i know are wrong like Javon Walker but there are some good players avaible and wrong forum btw
what week is it? are we really discussing this already? whatever. i'll play your game, you rogue. i hope Tangini does whatever it takes to lure Asante Samuel! cheers
Yep theres nothing better than improving your team while making ur rival suck. If this happens i dont think BiLL will ever shake Mangini's hands after the games.
Why would Javon Walker be wrong? Also, I dont think it's too early to look ahead. I'm looking forward to making the playoffs in '07. Tiki Barber anyone?
haha. exactly. not to mention, he's a gamer. very versatile with a lot of experience. he alone, could make the Secondary a lot better. can you imagine him back there with Rhodes? that's two dangerous playmakers in the Secondary. cheers
Barring from Injuries this season, theres a 90% chance that he will be franchise tagged by the Giants
Max Starks, Eric Steinbach, and A. Thomas would take this team to another level. If Eric Coleman doesn't shape up, I'm going to be hoping for Tony Parrish. He reminds me so much of Rodney Harrison when he joined the Patriots.
I really think we should take a shot with Michael Turner. He could be a starter on probably 25 teams in the NFL. The problem is that a lot of other teams in the NFL probably think the same thing. I'm not a big fan of building through FA, I think only FAs that want to be here and are willing to take reasonable contracts should be signed and that's it.
Theres no way the Giants are letting Tiki Barber slip away... that said, Cato June would be a nice addition to that 3-4. Here's hoping we get lots of cap room after cutting Robertson in the offseason
Michael Turner would be a good signing, but I would really like to see us draft a starting caliber hb. We haven't drafted(and kept) one since Blair Thomas and haven't drafted a good one since Freeman McNeil. We'll need some o-line help at rt and more than likely at guard unless Kendall stumbled upon the fountain of youth in his backyard when he was trying to put in a pool.
I'm on board with this being too early but Nate Clements and Cato June like good targets. But I'd really like to get Drew Bennett in here, it'd be nice to have a WR that isn't bunking with Papa Smurf during training camp.
I imagine most of these guys to be resigned easy. Broncos may need to make a choice between Lynch and Walker, though I dont know their Cap status. We all know where the Colts $ is wrapped up in, Freeny will likely carry a hefty price tag. Schaub won't resign if he knows whats good for him. Plenty of teams will want to take a look at him, the Lions for one. Heck maybe even the Bucs. Not sure about Chris. He's likely out for the season and I suppose his return depends a lot on which direction we want to do and how Bruce plays. If we make the playoffs he can be considered expendable. Eric Johnson can be a great TE, and with Davis in SF he will likely go else where. This kid can be really good in the right system with the right QB. Those LB look mighty tasty I'll tell you that much. Can't see many, if any, of the getting away from their teams though.
